Is my patient data stored in Canada?
Yes. All data is processed and stored exclusively on Canadian servers. We never transfer patient information outside of Canada. Our infrastructure meets all provincial health data residency requirements.
Does this integrate with my EMR?
DFO currently integrates with Accuro, and we're actively building connectors for OSCAR, Telus PS Suite, and other major Canadian EMR systems. We also support HL7 and FHIR standards for custom integrations. If your EMR isn't listed yet, contact us — new integrations are shipping fast.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
DFO uses a strict multi-step agentic AI process with built-in verification at every stage, achieving 99.9% accuracy. Every AI-generated summary and note is also flagged for physician review before it enters the patient record. You always have final sign-off. The AI highlights uncertainty and flags anything it's unsure about — it assists, it never overrides.
How long does setup take?
Most clinics are fully operational within 1–2 weeks. We handle the technical setup, EMR integration, and staff training. You don't need to change any hardware or hire IT support.
Do I need to change my workflow?
